Abstrak

Rapid changes in the era of globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 require individuals to have competence and clear career paths from an early age. High school students, often experience confusion in choosing college majors and careers because they do not yet understand their potential. The urgency of this community service is to conduct interest and personality tests so that students recognize their potential. This community service aims to help students recognize their potential through the implementation of the Muhammadiyah Adolescent Interest Scale (MAIS) interest test and the Big Five Personality Inventory (BFI) personality test, accompanied by assistance in interpreting the results. The test results will be the basis for students in planning studies and careers that suit their interests and personalities, as well as helping teachers develop data-based guidance. The implementation methods include: (1) Socialization of the importance of recognizing one's potential; (2) Training in completing interest and personality tests; (3) Application of technology by implementing online-based tests and automatic analysis; (4) Assistance and evaluation through career psychoeducation and the preparation of study plans; (5) Sustainability of the program by integrating assessments into school guidance and counseling services. Evaluation is carried out on the process, results, impact, and quality of the program. Overall, this activity effectively helps students identify their potential through interest and personality mapping. By understanding their own interests and personality, students are able to determine the direction of their future studies and careers.
